Paper Mill Espresso
Paper Mill espresso is our signature espresso blend of two coffees. Composed of Ethiopian and Brazilian beans, Paper Mill espresso was created to showcase the high quality of our blend components, as well as clear traceability of the coffees used. Chocolatey and fuller-bodied Brazillian coffee in the blend provides a great mouthfeel in espresso and marries perfectly with steamed milk. While clean tasting, floral and citrusy Ethiopia adds notes of Earl Grey tea and sparkling tangerine acidity to the espresso.
Rich and syrupy. Hazelnut and brown sugar, tangerine, red apple.

MAGARISSA REFISA
Owned by SNAP Coffee, the Refisa washing station in West Arsi serves 389 local farmers. Founded in 2008 by Negusse D. Weldyes, SNAP Coffee manages multiple processing sites across Gedeo, Guji, and West Arsi, supported by roughly 550 farmers per station.
The company focuses on three pillars:
Quality: Consistent specialty coffee processing.
Education: Training farmers in advanced processing and cleaning.
Sustainability: Implementing waste recycling systems.
Since the 2017 export reforms, SNAP has grown to export 78 containers annually. While the parent group also operates in electronics and software, their dedicated specialty coffee team of 13 manages a global operation built on environmental and technical excellence. Nordic Approach team on the ground in Addis personally collect samples which they cup and grade, and measure humidity and water activity. When the specific lot is selected for purchase, they register the contract with a shipping destination and approve it for milling and shipment. Nordic Approach are present at the dry mill during processing, grading and bagging.
Cachoeira Da Grama Brazil
Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama has been in the Carvalho Dias family since 1890, and some of its original Bourbon varietal trees are over 107 years old. The farm is located at around 1,100–1,500 meters above sea level in the Mogiana region of São Paulo State. This rolling, fertile area runs along the São Paulo side of the São Paulo/Minas border and is home to some of Brazil’s oldest coffee farms. The region is named after the Companhia Mogiana Estrada de Ferro train line, which was founded in 1882 to transport coffee out of the many coffee farms that were expanding into the area at the time.
The farm takes social and environmental sustainability very seriously. It's powered by its own a small hydroelectric plant and only buys extra energy during the peak harvest. Waste water is fully treated to avoid polluting the stream that runs across the farm and there is an active tree planting programme to repopulate native species. Most workers are housed on site and the farm also offers a school, social club and a full-size soccer field for employees and their families.
