We offer coffee workshops at our roastery on Masina 20, suitable for beginners and enthusiasts alike. Whether you're looking to improve your morning coffee at home, deepen your knowledge of specialty coffee or organise a fun team experience, our roastery is ready for you!

Workshops take place in small groups (up to 7 people) to ensure a personal, hands on experience. For larger groups and corporate bookings, we'll put together a programme tailored to your needs, get in touch and let's make it happen!

Filter Coffee Workshop

We'll share our knowledge so you can enjoy great coffee at home every day. During the workshop, you'll brew coffee using different methods and learn about the fundamentals of specialty and filter coffee. Suitable for beginners.

Cupping & Coffee Tasting Workshop

Coffee cupping is a widely used method for evaluating and comparing coffees, practised by baristas, roasters and coffee enthusiasts around the world. In this workshop, you'll develop an introduction to the sensory world of coffee — learning to analyse aroma, flavour and body, and sharpening your palate.

Espresso & Latte Art Introduction

This workshop is for those who know that a great cappuccino or flat white starts with a great espresso. We'll cover the fundamentals of specialty coffee, dial in an espresso recipe together, and taste how different variables — brew ratio, extraction and grind size — affect the final cup. We'll also learn the most common espresso-based drinks, steam milk the barista way, and finish with an introduction to latte art — pouring a classic heart shape.
