We always recommend grinding your beans just before brewing, as the complexity and body of the flavour and aroma begin to fade within minutes of grinding. The Fellow Opus makes that easy: 41+ grind settings and a guide help you find the right setting for each brew method, the grounds drop into a magnetic catch cup and the grinder switches itself off when the timer ends.
